Shipping Policy

1. Legal & Product Disclaimer

Due to the bespoke, handcrafted nature of our resin art, every single piece is entirely unique. Slight variations in color, texture, and the placement of inclusions (such as florals, crystals, or gold foils) are natural and expected. Micro-bubbles or minor surface variations are a normal part of the resin curing process. These are not considered defects, but rather the beautiful, unique signatures of true handmade artistry.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Because our pieces are meticulously handcrafted and require a strict curing period to ensure perfection, standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Custom or personalized orders (like Varmala preservations and bespoke clocks) may require 10 to 15 business days to complete before shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our studio.

  • Secure Packaging: We know these are delicate, heirloom pieces. Every order is securely wrapped in premium, heavy-duty cushioned packaging to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Standard Products: Non-customized items are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, perfectly intact, and in their original packaging.

  • Customized Orders: Because custom resin items and personalized pieces (including bespoke names, specific sizes, and floral preservations) are uniquely handmade to your exact specifications, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery. Please include an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a swift resolution or replacement.

4. Privacy Policy

  • Information Collection: To fulfill your order and provide delivery updates, we collect essential details such as your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. We strictly use this information to process your purchase and communicate with you regarding your order.
